Job Description

Our client, a healthcare and senior living provider, is seeking a Cook to join their team. As a Cook, you will be part of the culinary support staff supporting senior residents' nutritional needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a passion for culinary excellence, and a caring attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Prepare nutritious, flavorful, and well-balanced meals for senior residents following established menus and dietary guidelines. Follow food safety regulations and client standards to ensure the highest quality in every dish served. Utilize scratch and batch cooking techniques to create therapeutic diets tailored to individual needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with team members to support the overall dining experience and resident satisfaction. What's Needed? Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or healthcare setting Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards. Ability to follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately.
