Job Description
This position is responsible for preparing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety guidelines in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production schedules
- Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients
- Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Assist with unloading and storing food deliveries when needed
- Work as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Previous cooking or grill experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance required
- Must be able to pass Aramark standard background check
- Must pass 10+2 drug screen
- Alabama DHR check required
- Must be available to start immediately
