Cook

This position is responsible for preparing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety guidelines in a fast-paced food service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production schedules
• Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and stocking ingredients
• Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner
• Assist with unloading and storing food deliveries when needed
• Work as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Previous cooking or grill experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance required
• Must be able to pass Aramark standard background check
• Must pass 10+2 drug screen
• Alabama DHR check required
• Must be available to start immediately
