The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items quickly and efficiently. You will be expected to work quickly and accurately, all while maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and freshness Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, oven, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Prepare sauces, dressings, and other components for dishes Prep ingredients and set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked Communicate with waitstaff regarding customer orders and special requests Maintain a clean and organized work area Execute opening and closing procedures Restock kitchen items as needed Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Check the quality and freshness of ingredients and update food storage log

Requirements:

Experience with various cooking methods and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at once Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment

As a Cashier, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our restaurant's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system.
• Balance the cash and credit transaction at the end of each shift, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly
• Assist with answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a positive customer impression
• Assist with basic inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Occasionally assist in the kitchen when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills.
