Perfect. We're looking for a dependable prep cook to help keep our food truck stocked, organized, and ready for service. This is a part-time position, typically less than 10 hours per week to start. As our business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for additional hours for the right person. You'll work directly with ownership in a small, fast-paced environment where your work has an immediate impact on the quality and speed of service. ○
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepping ingredients to meet daily and weekly pars
- Washing and organizing prep dishes and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assisting with miscellaneous kitchen tasks as needed
- Helping ensure we're ready to crush service every time we open ○ Pay +

Requirements:
