Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines. Plan menus that accommodate the nutritional needs of children, including any allergies or special diets. Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory of food supplies and order items as needed. Collaborate with staff to create a welcoming dining experience for children. Assist in the training of kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
