Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen setting. Duties Prepare and cook various types of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and cooking processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Assist with the preparation of other menu items as needed, including appetizers and salads. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in a busy kitchen. Creativity in meal preparation and presentation, particularly with pizza toppings and styles. Experience in catering or dietary aide roles is a plus but not required.
