Job Description

Overview:

Johnny's Pizza/Johnny Brusco's New York Style Pizza is a true neighborhood pizzeria. We work diligently to provide an amazing experience for our customers and our employees. We need top notch talent to join our amazing team!
Responsibilities:
Reading orders and preparing a vast array of menu items. Ability to operate kitchen equipment. Coordinate food orders to support accurate and timely delivery to each table. Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards. Follow recipe and presentation standards to WOW our guests. Label food and rotate properly (FIFO).
Requirements:
We are looking for, at least, 1 year of pizza making experience. Only apply if you have met this requirement and are prepared to make pizza at your interview. Open availability. Experience with deck ovens & wood pizza peel preferred. Slap/stretch dough & prepare pizzas. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Coachable and Team-Oriented. Ability to work through rush hours without a break. We've been making fresh, authentic NY style pizza for over forty years. We grew up enjoying and perfecting pizza, and we want to share our passion with everyone we serve. Our high standards aren't easy to keep, but they're necessary to create the most delicious, authentic New York Style pizza, subs, and Italian dinners. And that's what our neighbors deserve. So no matter who stops in for a slice (or three), we're proud to give them our best.
