Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow with us. You'll work closely with our chefs and fellow cooks to prepare and plate dishes to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Brothers Meethouse recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Adapt to changing menus, specials, and guest needs Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or chef

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends (weekend shifts are an expectation for this position) Food Handler's permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
