Must have a polite, friendly, and willing to learn attitude. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, must have experience in cooking, knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures. Ability to work effectively within a team; must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail. Must be available weekends. Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, prepare food for service, stock inventory appropriately, ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner. Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers. Must be self-motivated and task oriented.
