Line cook/prep Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Associate to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, assisting with meal assembly, and ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for taste and presentation. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing meal preparation tasks Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock items Follow all safety guidelines, including knife skills and proper equipment usage, to maintain a safe work environment Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service settings preferred Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques Experience in food handling, kitchen operations, or the food industry is highly desirable Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are essential Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills; previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
