Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the cooking process, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and develop new dishes that align with dietary department guidelines. Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked to perfection while maintaining quality standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces. Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
