The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, Maintain verbal communication with BOH and FOH Monitors the quality of dishes Marinating and breading chicken Ensuring chicken is properly inspected Following receipts accordingly Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards Follow protocol chicken forecast Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards Thoroughly clean equipment Assists staff where needed Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Speak English fluently, bilingual in Spanish preferred Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Preferred:

1+ year of experience in similar roles Ability to lift and push 50 lb.
