Industrial Rogers, AR 1st Shift $17/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a reliable and skilled Country Club Cook to join their culinary team in Rogers, Arkansas. The Country Club Cook plays a key role in delivering high-quality meals to members and guests in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing a variety of dishes, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team setting. The Country Club Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include food prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The Country Club Cook will work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and consistent food quality for both casual dining and special events hosted at the club. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food prep including chopping, measuring, and ingredient setup
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
Assist with banquet and event meal preparation as needed
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Maintain proper food storage and labeling procedures
Qualifications
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Dependable with strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
