Position Summary:
The Springhouse seeks a skilled, adaptable, and results-driven Line Cook. This individual will demonstrate exceptional culinary talents, work closely with the Executive Sous Chef, and maintain versatility across all kitchen stations to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, showcasing versatility across all kitchen stations. Collaborate closely with the Executive Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work with the kitchen team to deliver timely and efficient service. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred. Broad culinary skills and knowledge across various cooking techniques. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Passion for cooking and commitment to quality.
Certifications/Licensure:
ServeSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
