In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious boba beverages, prepare fresh food items, and deliver exceptional customer service that keeps our guests coming back. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences for every visitor, blending your passion for food and beverages with your knack for efficient service. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in the food/drink industry. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks and specialty beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, spring rolls, food prepatation, and other menu items while adhering to food safety standards. Operate POS systems to process sales accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage customer orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling stations, dining space, and equipment. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety. Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Experience Experience in food preparation or food service within a café or retail environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures (preferred). Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
