Stinger's is looking for a full time Line Cooks.

Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in our kitchen by preparing high-quality food that keeps our guests coming back.

Key responsibilities include:

Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.

Efficiency:

Work quickly and accurately during high-volume service, especially during game days and peak hours.

Station Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout your shift.

Teamwork:

Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Sanitation:

Follow food safety guidelines, proper storage practices, and cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards.

Quality Control:

Consistently monitor food quality and presentation to ensure every dish meets our standards.

Inventory Support:

Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste.

Adaptability:

Assist in other kitchen duties as needed, including prep work, dishwashing, or opening/closing tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Comfortable working in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
