Job Description

Food Prepare:
My Pita Wrap is located at 1800 South Milton Road, Suite 15, in Flagstaff, Arizona, within walking distance of Northern Arizona University. My Pita Wrap currently serves authentic Mediterranean food. We are looking for a qualified, part-time or full-time Chef with the following qualifications: Be able to manage the Kitchen; manage inventory, ensure compliance with state health requirements. Prepare the required food with existing recipes. Be a hard worker who can handle pressure and a team player who works well with other employees. Interface with the customers to ensure the quality of food and improve recipes per the owner's agreement. Able to bake pita per My Pita Wrap Requirements. Supervise and ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and safe. Able to support frontline employees and operate the POS system.
Pay:
$18.35 - $25.00 per hour
