// Flat Top Cook Do you love the sizzle of a griddle and the smell of perfectly cooked burgers? We're looking for a Flat Top Cook to join our team at Burgers and Brews Glendale! We are a high-volume burgers and brews-style restaurant known for our delicious food and relaxed atmosphere. >>>•This is primarily an evening/night time shift cook position. What You'll Do Operate and maintain a flat top grill and fryer station to cook burgers, chicken, fries, and other menu items to perfection. You must have experience cooking burgers to temp. Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to our quality standards and customer specifications. Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Who You Are You have prior experience as a flat top cook or in a similar high-volume kitchen role. You're a team player with a positive attitude. You can handle the pressure of a busy kitchen and remain calm under pressure. You have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. You are reliable and punctual.
