We prepare fresh, high-protein meals each week for customers across the Valley, and we are looking to add two experienced production cooks to our weekend kitchen team. This role is for someone who is reliable, fast, clean, coachable, and comfortable cooking in volume. You will work under our lead cook and help execute weekly production.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday are the main production days
• Weekend availability is required
• Part-time position with potential for more hours as we grow

Pay:

• $23•26/hr depending on experience•Pay is based on reliability, kitchen experience, pace, cleanliness, and ability to follow recipes

Responsibilities:

• Cook proteins, starches, vegetables, sauces, and other meal components
• Follow recipes and production instructions accurately
• Work under the direction of the lead cook
• Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and appearance
• Work quickly and cleanly in a high-volume kitchen
• Keep your station organized throughout the shift
• Follow food safety, cooling, labeling, and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly with the lead cook and kitchen team
• Help with cleaning and closing tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen, prep cook, line cook, catering, or production cooking experience
• Previous experience cooking in bulk
• Must be reliable and on time
• Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen
• Must be able to follow recipes and instructions without constant supervision
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler card preferred, Serv Safe preferred We are looking for someone who is:
