Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line/Breakfast Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced cooking steak and other items on the grill. It is preferred that they have breakfast experience. Pay rate is based off experience. With minimal experience pay rate will be initiated at entry level & then evaluated off of productivity and performance. There is also room for growth and improvement in wage.Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Clean and maintain kitchen stations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
