We're searching for someone who is humble, dependable, and always willing to learn , while also helping lead the kitchen with consistency and care. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, enjoys staying organized, and can keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily line operations during service Maintain consistent food quality and presentation Help create and test new recipes and rotating specials Track and assist with kitchen inventory and ordering Ensure the kitchen follows proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Work closely with the team to keep service efficient and positive Support training and mentoring of kitchen staff Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked Multitask effectively during high-volume rushes

What We're Looking For:

Proven reliability and strong attendance/punctuality Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for food and willingness to keep learning Experience with inventory management and recipe execution A team-first attitude with humility and leadership by example Excellent multitasking skills
