We're looking for a Prep / Line Cook who enjoys cooking with quality ingredients and wants to be part of a small, passionate team creating globally inspired tapas, crudos, and seasonal dishes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, works hard, and wants to grow in a creative kitchen. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients and execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail. Work stations including prep, garde manger, crudo, and hot line. Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen organization. Handle seafood, vegetables, sauces, and seasonal ingredients with care. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Contribute ideas and continuously improve your skills. What We're Looking For Previous kitchen experience preferred (1+ years ideal), but attitude and work ethic matter more than titles. Someone who is dependable, organized, and willing to hustle. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn. Interest in tapas, seafood, crudos, and globally inspired cuisine is a big plus. Team-first mentality and positive attitude. Ability to work mornings or evenings. Schedule Part-time or full-time available. AM and PM shifts. Flexible scheduling based on availability. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience + tips, plus opportunities for growth as the restaurant continues to evolve.
