16741 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required, but will train.- Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements.
- Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defied ingredients for product to be cooked.
- Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10lb - 30lbs) Experience with folk lift is a plus.
- Culinary training/experience and or sous chefs are ideal candidates.
