Job Description

Job ID:
16741 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required, but will train.
  • Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements.
  • Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defied ingredients for product to be cooked.
  • Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10lb - 30lbs) Experience with folk lift is a plus.
  • Culinary training/experience and or sous chefs are ideal candidates.
