At Buck & Rider , we take pride in serving the freshest seafood flown in daily and hand-cut steaks, in a high-energy, high-volume environment. We are looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team and support the backbone of our scratch kitchen. What You'll Do Assist chefs by preparing high-quality ingredients with precision and consistency Follow recipes and portion standards to support smooth line service Wash, chop, measure, and store produce, seafood, meats, and other items with care Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently to support a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen Support team members and jump in where needed to ensure flawless service What We're Looking For Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required—we'll train the right person with the right attitude Strong knife skills and a passion for learning classic prep techniques Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth within our expanding restaurant group Employee dining discounts at all Hi Noon Hospitality restaurants Supportive, energetic, and professional work environment
Requirements:
