Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and quickly Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register accuracy Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment regularly Follow food safety protocols including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling sandwiches or salads, and stocking supplies Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure fast service without compromising quality Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
