As one of Scottsdale's premier brunch destinations, you will support the kitchen during morning hours by preparing and cooking top-notch dishes in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Support the kitchen team in meal preparation, including chopping, portioning, and plating dishes Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all food products Requirements Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service environment. Top priority will be given to candidates with previous high-volume or AM service experience Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including knife handling and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork - fluency in Spanish is HIGHLY desired Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
