BREAKFAST LINE COOK

- Duties & Responsibilities Prepares a variety of breakfast meals ,Vegetables and other food items for cooking in ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of product served. Knows and complies consistently with our quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. ( Close to open ) Maintain a clean and sanitary work station are including tables, shelf's, refrigeration equipment. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up on all dishes. Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments as needed. Assist in putting orders away. Close the kitchen properly.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years experience line cook . Food Handlers Card a must
