Food Truck Line Cook - Weekend shifts at The Yard at Saltbreaker

The Yard at Saltbreaker is hiring dependable Line Cooks to join our stationary food truck team. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay:

$28 to $30 per hour ($18 hourly rate + tips)

Qualifications:

2+ years of line cook experience (fryer, flat top, grill, cold station) Comfortable working with others in a small kitchen environment Strong sense of urgency and able to perform under pressure Able to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and respectful Able to communicate with the kitchen team (english or kitchen-english) Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand and walk for long periods; make repetitive motions for extended periods of time

Duties:

Prep and cook menu items to order with consistency, accuracy, and speed Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Communicate well with other kitchen staff and front of house to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders Keep prep areas stocked, clean, and organized Support the team with prep, restocking, cleaning, and other tasks Food Handler's certificate If this describes you, send us your resume!
