Duties Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients for various dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant is highly desirable Proven restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating strong food preparation and cooking skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary tools and equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
