Job Description

Job Details We believe exceptional hospitality starts with character. We are looking for individuals who are kind, professional, dependable, and committed to doing their best every day. The right candidate values teamwork, treats others with respect, and understands hospitality. We are a pooled house, with tip contributions also going to the culinary team. Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, dishwashing, cleaning, and organization Execute assigned station responsibilities while maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth service Follow recipes, preparation standards, and food safety procedures Assist where needed and contribute to a positive, professional workplace culture Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards Qualifications Team-player attitude and willingness to support the needs of the business Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and accountable Commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism Ability to learn new skills and adapt to different stations as needed We are building a team of people who care about their work, care about each other, and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
