Job Description

Job Description We are an extremely successful and popular restaurant looking to add an experienced Line Cook to our kitchen. This position is full time (40+ hours a week), hourly pay averages $25-$28/per hour after tips, and shifts begin 9-10am and run until 5-7pm.

Full-Time or Part-Time Key Elements of the Job Maintain food handlers permit as necessary to fulfill state requirements. Knife and Organizational Skills. Ability to work under little supervision with time constraints while maintaining a high level of performance. Ability to read and prepare recipes, in careful detail. Knowledge of and ability to conform to Food Service sanitation practices. Ability to work with staff to resourcefully resolve food service problems. Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player. Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures and standards Wood Burning Oven Experience is preferred but not necessary The scenic commute from Sebastopol is about 25 minutes, and about 30 minutes from Santa Rosa and Petaluma.
