Looking for ALL positions - GRILL, LINE, PREP! We are doing interviews on Thursday (5/14) & Friday (5/15) onsite at location 5895 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630. In these positions you could potentially be responsible for the following: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow management's instructions Clean up station and discard of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Clean dishes and work dish machine area Our goal is to assist in training you to reach whatever goal you are wishing to attain in the food industry. Whether that is being a future lead, KM, or GM! Bushfire Kitchen is committed to fostering a happy work environment where you can reach your fullest potential in doing the job that you love! Hourly rate includes shared tips, typically you can expect to earn between an additional $4-$6 an hour on top of your hourly pay. Making your total rate of pay between $22.00-$24
