This is not a desk job—we are looking for someone who can actively work the line, lead by example, maintain high food quality standards, and help build a strong kitchen culture. If you are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take ownership of kitchen performance, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations while actively working the line Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food Manage daily prep production and station organization Assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Help create efficient systems and procedures for kitchen operations Work closely with ownership to improve menu execution and overall kitchen performance Maintain a positive, professional, and accountable work environment Qualifications Previous experience as a lead cook, kitchen supervisor, sous chef, or kitchen manager Strong breakfast and brunch experience preferred Ability to lead a team while remaining productive on the line Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Ability to work weekends and early morning shifts What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent morning schedule with evenings off Opportunity for growth within a growing local restaurant Employee discounts Positive and supportive work environment Ability to make a direct impact on the success of the kitchenSchedule Morning shifts Weekends required Full-time position If you're looking for a leadership role where you can still cook, create, and be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
