The Theme Park cook position is responsible for food production, preparation, station setup, adherence to recipes, sanitation and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Set up stations according to USH restaurant guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift. Prepare orders according to the guest preference using established recipes, portions and methods established by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner. Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen items while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines. Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner. Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld. Perform other duties as assigned
