Full Job Description Job Functions:

• Cook all items according to the MeetFresh recipe.
• Maintain and clean all surfaces around the kitchen area.
• Clean all equipment, pots, and pans after each use.
• Help move delivered goods in and restock shelves and walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
• Stock all items according to our company standards.
• Work in a fast, clean, and safe manner.
• Have all items well stocked before going on lunch break.
• Clean all surfaces at cooking area, stoves, refrigerator, under-counter freezer, and floor nightly.
• Deep clean refrigerator and under-counter freezer weekly.
• Organize shelves continually throughout the day and remove empty boxes to the dumpster.
• Empty floor sink basket daily and clean floor sink weekly.
• Label all food items according to TCPH.
• Clean hood filters once a month.
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Knowledge of food safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
