Our menu is inspired by classic French cuisine, elevated with seasonal ingredients and paired with a curated selection of exceptional wines from France and Baja California . The restaurant is led by Chef Omar Armas and Marcelo Hisaki , both trained in Michelin- and San Pellegrino-recognized kitchens . We are building a breakfast team focused on quality, creativity, and long-term growth. We are looking for Passionate team members eager to learn, grow, and help build an outstanding breakfast program using the highest-quality ingredients.
