Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes, menus, and quality standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure fresh, flavorful offerings Maintain proper food handling procedures, including storage, sanitation, and safety protocols Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Ensure all food is prepared efficiently and served promptly to uphold excellent food service standards Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including equipment maintenance and sanitation tasks Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences while adhering to health regulations Personal hygine and to come to work in a decent presentation Skills Proven experience, mainly in breakfast. Open mind to learn new techniques and to follow directions Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry Team player with sense of urgency when needed. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques such as dish presentation and cleanliness. Experience with fine dining or restaurant environments that demand attention to detail and presentation Knowledge of cooking temperatures on meats Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Skilled in catering, serving, and delivering high-quality food service experiences Strong candidates can also apply in person.
