Work well with making DOUGH and streching 12-14 inch pizzas by hand. Familiar with a wood burning over and high temp (900 degrees) pizza making.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and timely service Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Supervise kitchen staff, providing training on food handling, knife skills, and safety protocols Assist in menu planning by contributing creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Coordinate with dietary department staff to accommodate special dietary needs and meal requests Oversee food inventory management, ordering supplies as needed for smooth kitchen flow Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality control Ensure all food is prepared with attention to detail, flavor balance, and visual appeal Experience Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on food handling, safety, and sanitation practices Prior dietary aide or dietary department experience is highly desirable for understanding special meal requirements Demonstrated leadership skills in a culinary setting, with the ability to motivate and guide team members Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Background in the food industry with restaurant experience emphasizing quality service and culinary excellence Join us as a Lead Line Cook where your culinary talents will shine!
