Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols diligently Support menu planning efforts by suggesting improvements based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service periods Assist with catering events and special functions as needed, ensuring high-quality meal presentation Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests and supporting colleagues Join us in creating exceptional culinary experiences!
