Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance Support menu planning efforts by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Assist in catering events or special meal preparations as needed Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward service excellence Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills are valued, your creativity is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to delight our guests!
