Our Core Values Team Player Humbly Confident Growth Mindset Customer First Community Focused We Have Fun Position Summary SeaQuake Brewing is seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook / Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists Cook and plate menu items to SeaQuake standards Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory rotation and product storage Communicate effectively with kitchen team members Support teammates during busy shifts Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For The ideal team member: Works well with others Takes pride in producing quality food Stays calm and organized during busy shifts Is coachable and eager to learn Shows initiative and accountability Brings positive energy to the team Growth Opportunities We believe in promoting from within and developing future leaders.
