We're looking for enthusiastic team members for our Line Cook/Cashier position!Key Responsibilities:
Assemble bowls, salads, sandwiches and tacos with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Complete shift administration and banking tasks. Monitor food preparation methods, recipes, and portion sizes to ensure quality. Ensure compliance with health department regulations. Conduct regular checks to keep the store fully stocked and presentable. Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team for inventory needs. Perform line tastings to maintain food quality. Address guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience. Provide coaching to team members on proper procedures. Take orders on POS with accuracy and a positive attitude Expedite To-Go and Dine-In orders Ensure the front of house maintains a welcoming atmosphere and operates seamlessly. Skills- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
