DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify 95% yields and P.C. Operate load cells, Genis System, water meter, oil meter, air mixer, agitator, cooker, and cherry barrel. Operate within compliance of USDA and TQA program standards. Ensure that recipe book cooking procedures are being followed. Maintain work area clean and organized at all times. Work under a team concept. Treat all employees fair with respect and dignity. Attend all training and scheduled meetings. Follow company policy, rules, and regulations. Use a rod height. Read and understand the concept of the production schedule.

SKILLS:

Must have basic math skills and be able to pass a math exam with a minimum score of at least 70%. Good attendance record. Must be able to read and write Spanish or English. Able to perform under extreme temperatures.
