Our team is passionate about hospitality, sustainability, and delivering a dining experience that feels refined yet approachable. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of ingredients and dishes, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals looking to advance their culinary skills in a dynamic food service environment. Responsibilities Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications. Assist in the cooking process by preparing sauces, stocks, and other components. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation. Assist in menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas. Support catering operations by preparing large quantities of food as needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and food processors. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
