We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a strong understanding of food preparation and safety practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently while delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. We are looking for afternoon and evening shift staffs (2:30pm- 9:30pm), 4-6 days a week, but open to full time options. Training will be provided. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle food products with care, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Uphold a positive work environment by helping fellow team members as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation or food service within a kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including food handling and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
