The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals that meet our high standards of excellence, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Food handler Certificate. Experience Proven experience in Mediterranean Food cooking, kabob grill, and shawarma and Gyro. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Experience with menu planning and dietary aide responsibilities is highly desirable. Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including, grilling Kabob, shawarma cooking ,and frying fries. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
