FULL TIME RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare food items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Assist with prep, line, and kitchen stations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Cook in the kitchen during busy service hours

QUALIFICATIONS

• Restaurant experience required
• Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Monday
• Sunday availability required between 8am
