Benefits PTO after 90 days 401(k) with employer match Dining discounts Schedule Thursday-Sunday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Our busiest service days are Thursday through Sunday. Consistent execution, urgency, and attention to detail are expected every shift. Responsibilities Execute the grill and kabob line with speed and accuracy Prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces, and marinades Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station Time dishes correctly and handle volume during peak service Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment Support teammates and maintain smooth kitchen operations Qualifications 3-5 years of line cook experience preferred Grill or kabob experience is a plus Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working under pressure during busy service periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Consistent Thursday-Sunday schedule No Monday-Wednesday shifts Home by early evening Opportunity to work at one of Los Angeles' most recognized restaurants Small team environment where your work is noticed Performance-based growth opportunities Long-term stability with room to grow Application Question Can you commit to our full-time Thursday-Sunday schedule (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)?
