Responsibilities The cook's primary responsibilities are to support the kitchen with preparing items featured in our deli case, grab'n'go wall and self-serve counters. They will work at a fast pace to assist with preparing entrees, salads, side dishes and soups to keep fresh, abundant and high quality products ready to offer our guests while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. They will also provide world-class service to our guests as needed. Qualifications You should meet the following requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have proficient knowledge ofmercial kitchen equipment Must have proficient knife skills Background working in high volume setting, either in hotels or institutional cooking Goodmunication skills and an eye for detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize A positive attitude is essential!
