Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring they meet quality standards and presentation expectations Follow established recipes, menu specifications, and food safety guidelines to deliver consistent results Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with menu planning by suggesting new grilled items or improvements to existing offerings Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal flavor development Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of grilled foods as needed Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with various grilling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
